Maritime Security

Over the course of providing physical security on five continents and in a variety of marine environments, PG has developed and refined a robust Maritime Security Program. The following process combines an in-depth security survey predicated on Sandia National Laboratory’s Risk Assessment Methodology (RAMTM) and a subsequent Security System Design by PG’s board-certified ASIS Physical Security Professionals (PSPTM). These efforts culminate in the implementation of an effective and efficient Maritime Security Force highly-skilled in modern tactics, techniques, and procedures, and well-versed in Rules of Engagement and Level of Force principles as determined in accordance with the International Code of Conduct (ICoC).

PG maintains personnel with the following backgrounds, qualifications and certifications:

  • U.S. Naval Special Warfare (SEAL) personnel
  • U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) personnel
  • U.S. Naval Intelligence (NI) personnel
  • U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License
  • Maritime Counter-Narcotics Officer, Gulf of Mexico
  • Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, Level III (DoD Dir. 2000.12)
  • Maritime Interdiction Force (MIF) qualified
  • Visit, Board, Search & Seizure (VBSS), DoD Instructor qualified
  • Offensive & Defensive GOPLAT operations (Mina Al Bakar Terminal)
